About Us

Our initial meet up will consist of us visiting your home and discussing your ideas with you for your project, going over your wants & needs, talking about your budget, and taking measurements.

After our Initial Meetting we will provide you with an estimate of your project. This will be based on your budget and different materials selection. The initial scope will be provided at this point.

Once an estimates has been approved, final selections will be made for your project such as cabinetry, fixtures, flooring, etc. Once these are chosen, a final design can be provided to you for approval.

Once the scope, plans, and designs are set, we will present a remodeling contract, including a refined estimate. With the remodeling contract in place, we begin the process of finalizing the construction documents and selections.

We can provide samples to you for many items. We will also visit with you at our suppliers to ensure the proper materials are selected and details can be discussed with you to ensure you get what you are looking for.

From demo to completion we strive to keep the worksite as clean and safe as possible. Our project manager will discuss an anticipated start date, items we may need you (or us) to move or keep safe. We use temporary plastic walls and floor protection to reduce dust in the home. Once started, ourselves and our sub-contractors will work diligently to complete your project in a timely manner. Our project manager will meet with you weekly to make sure your project is going well.

Once completed, our project manager will thoroughly go through your project with you to discuss any items that may need addressing and create a punchlist if needed. When the final details are cAs we are near completion, your project manager will walk through the project with you, ensuring satisfaction. We will then clean the project area and provide you with your warranty information. We may schedule a photographer shortly after completion as well!
